Exotic fruits are getting more and more used in smoothie recipes. Most of the time smoothie lovers feel very concerned about wellness that is why they choose energizing fruits like mango, papaya, guava and guarana in addition to better-known tropical fruits such as pineapple and banana.

Each of these has its own health benefits: banana helps prevent high blood pressure and intestinal diseases, mango and guava are plenty of vitamins and anti-oxidants while very low in calories. As for pineapple, it helps lose weight (along with a balanced diet, of course). Here are some healthy and trendy recipes to stay fit!
